Use: Nettle helps maintain normal kidney function, excretion of water from the body. It has a beneficial effect on the normal condition of the joints and natural defenses, vitality and overall refreshment of the body. It supports the normal functioning of the vascular system and is used for the feeling of heavy legs. It can also be used externally for hair baths. Classification: Food supplement. Loose herbal tea. Ingredients: Stinging nettle - leaf (Folium urticae). Preparation: Pour 2 teaspoons of it with 1/4 l of boiling water and leave to infuse for 10-15 minutes in a covered container. Recommended dosage: maximum 2 cups per day. Warning: Do not consume in case of heart and kidney disease and swelling of any kind. The product is not intended for children.
