The pulp is produced using the technology of crushing and pressing apples on a homogenizer of our own production. Thanks to which the protective coverings of the apple fiber cells are broken, thereby releasing vitamins and minerals into the pulp. It is then dried in a low-temperature dryer. Thanks to drying at low temperatures, the balls retain vitamins, minerals and a large amount of fiber. Oat flakes with sprouts are added to the balls, making them easily digestible and containing a large amount of calcium, iron and magnesium.
