Glass noodles
They are made from pea starch. They enrich many dishes with their crystal clear appearance and firm bite. They are ideal for Asian soups, spring rolls, but also in salads or for wok. Preparation is easy and quick.
Ingredients:Pea starch* 98%, water 2%
*from controlled organic farming
Preparation: Bring enough water to a boil. Add the glass noodles and fluff with a fork. Let cook for 4 minutes, drain and rinse briefly with cold water. Process immediately.
Store in a cool and dry place.
Minimum shelf life see manufacturer's packaging.
