Whole grain pasta with a short cooking time. Excellent for vegetable salads and cheese sauces.
Spelt is an ancient grain, it is easily digestible and has a delicate nutty flavor. Spelt pasta is a great alternative to wheat pasta.

Ingredients:

Whole grain spelt flour.

Instructions for preparation:

Cook the pasta in salted water with a drop of oil (in a ratio of 100 g pasta/1 l water) for 4.5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Then drain immediately, or drizzle with quality oil if necessary.

Storage:

Store in a dry place at a temperature of up to 25°C and a relative humidity of up to 70%.
