Genmai Su Rice Vinegar

A mild, full-flavored vinegar matured using a method that is over 1,000 years old. Ideal for flavoring sushi rice, salad dressings, marinades, and dips. Its slightly sour taste also makes a great addition to lentil and bean dishes.
