You will achieve the optimal effect in combination with a healthy lifestyle - i.e. a reasonable diet, plenty of exercise and fluids. Instructions for preparation: Pour the coffee into a cup and pour boiling water in a ratio of 1 g (¼ teaspoon) to 1.5 dl of water. Serve with milk, sugar or honey to taste. Dosage: 2-3 cups a day for 4-6 months. It is advisable to drink the drink about 30 minutes before the main meal.
