Chickpea flour
For gluten-free cuisine. For cakes, pastries, porridge, puddings, muffins and much more. Bauckhof chickpea flour is ground from untreated chickpeas and is therefore not suitable for consumption in its raw state. GMO-free, no aromas, no synthetic dyes, no synthetic preservatives, no white sugar, purely plant-based, unsweetened, gluten-free.
Bauckhof gluten-free products are ground in their own mill. This mill only grinds gluten-free products. The mill is in a protected area. This means that contamination with products containing gluten can be excluded.
