Brown millet is a grain rich in minerals. The flour has a pleasant slightly nutty taste. It goes well with both savory and sweet dishes.
Manufacturer's recommended consumption: You can consume 2x 3 heaping teaspoons per day, uncooked, added to food and drinks (e.g. fruit and vegetable juices, soups, muesli, yogurts). When baking and cooking, 10-20% of the flour can be replaced with brown millet flour.
