Green spelt burger mix
Ready-made mix for grain patties. With selected ingredients such as green spelt groats, green spelt flour, whole oats and sesame.
Preparation for approx. 6 - 12 pieces:
Mix the contents of the bag with 250 ml of boiling water and leave to swell for 15 minutes.
Shape the patties with moistened hands. Heat enough oil in a non-stick pan and fry the burgers until golden brown on both sides.
