Soy flour

It is made from roasted soybeans that are not genetically modified. This flour does not contain any added flavors or synthetic dyes. Bauckhof gluten-free products are checked for gluten-freeness in the mill's laboratory after production and packaging and reported to the German Celiac Society using gluten analysis. Bauckhof soy flour is suitable for celiacs. It can be used for baking, cooking, desserts or as an egg substitute.
