The basic raw material for the production of this balsamic vinegar is apples from renowned orchard areas in Southern Germany. The apples are pressed and the fresh juice is fermented into apple cider vinegar. It acquires the typical Mediterranean balsamic taste during subsequent maturation. The fullness of the taste and the reduction of acidity are achieved by adding concentrated apple juice. Apple cider balsamic vinegar has a very pleasant sweet-sour taste, which goes very well with slightly bitter salads such as chicory. In addition to vegetable salads, we also use it in fruit salads, to season poultry and fish and to perfume desserts. Strawberries lightly sprinkled with apple balsamic are delicious.

INGREDIENTS: concentrated apple juice, apple cider vinegar. Both ingredients come from controlled organic farming.
