Golden Mylk BIO NUPREME is a mixture of organic quality turmeric powder, the effect of which is further complemented by cinnamon, black pepper and ginger powder. Thanks to these ingredients, the powder has anti-inflammatory, antioxidant and thermogenic (warming) properties. Preparation: First option: 1 x teaspoon of powder (approx. 3 g) 250-300 ml of very warm liquid - water, but it is usually best with warm milk of plant or animal origin. Second option: 1 x teaspoon of powder (approx. 3 g) 250-300 ml of plant or animal milk a teaspoon of honey (an alternative is Nupreme BIO Coconut Sugar) a teaspoon of coconut oil Procedure: Heat the milk, add a teaspoon of Golden Mylk powder, mix it well in the milk and ideally bring it to a boil. After the drink has cooled, add two teaspoons of coconut oil to the drink and then sweeten with honey to taste.
