The special recipe for BIOVEGAN cake icing without added sugar with its shiny and smooth consistency will particularly highlight the freshness of the fruit icing.
Ingredients: Gelling agent: agar-agar*, potato starch*, arrowroot flour*, acidulant: potassium tartrate.

Preparation: Mix the contents of the package in 250 ml of cold water and sweeten to taste. Bring the liquid to the boil for 2 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove the pot from the heat, stir occasionally, and let cool for about 10 minutes until the frosting is slightly creamy. Pour the frosting over the cake, starting in the center. The cake can be sliced after cooling (approx. 30 minutes).
