Dried rye sourdough

It's an easy way to bring home fresh and homemade bread. Just add sourdough and flour and the rye sourdough extract is ready to bake. For a subtle flavouring of home-baked bread.
Made from organic rye.
Contents: 30 g (per 1 kg of flour)
Ingredients: from whole grain rye flour *, starter culture.

Preparation: Rye sourdough bread (for 2 loaves)
700 g wheat flour
300 g rye flour
2 sachets of BIOVEGAN yeast
2 teaspoons of salt
750 ml lukewarm water
a little fat for the baking dish
Mix all dry ingredients well. Add 750 ml lukewarm water and knead well for 5 minutes. Cover the dough and let it rise in a warm place for 60 minutes. Then knead the dough again, divide it in half and let it rest covered in 2 greased tins for 30 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 190°C for fan-forced air or 210°C for top/bottom heating. Then bake the loaves with a bowl of water for about 60 minutes. After baking, turn the loaves out and let them cool completely on a wire rack.
