Hollandaise sauce

Thanks to the high-quality cashew flour, the sauce tastes full and is super creamy. Dried lemon juice gives the sauce a pleasant freshness and lightness. Easy to prepare with soy drink and a little margarine. The creamy sauce is ideal with asparagus, vegetables, vegan eggs Benedict or as a base for creamy vegan pastries.

Ingredients:Cornstarch*, cashew flour*, rice syrup*, salt, 8% dried lemon juice*, delicious yeast*, onion*, white pepper*, turmeric*, beetroot*.

Preparation instructions:

• 250 ml unsweetened soy drink
• 30 g cold margarine

Put the contents of the soy drink bag into a saucepan and stir with a whisk. Bring to a boil over medium heat/high, stirring constantly, until the sauce thickens slightly. Remove the pot from the stove and stir in the cold margarine - done!
Instead of the soy drink, you can also use unsweetened almond drink or 250 ml of water for 75 g of margarine.

Storage and use instructions: Store in a dry place, protect from heat.
