Egg substitute
100% plant-based
Plant-based egg substitutes are used in sweet pastries such as waffles, pancakes, crepes and sponge cakes. Or in hearty dishes such as potato and vegetable pancakes, casseroles or for wrapping.
Contents: 20 g (equivalent to approx. 4 whole eggs)
Ingredients:Lupin flour *, thickener: locust bean gum*, corn flour*, flax protein*, sunflower protein*.
*from controlled organic cultivation
Preparation:
- 5 g corresponds to approx. 1 teaspoon of egg substitute
- 5 g and 50 ml of sparkling water replace 1 whole egg
Mix 5 g of plant-based egg substitute with 50 ml of sparkling water. Then add the other liquid ingredients and beat until fluffy. Mix the dry ingredients well and mix with the stirred liquid to create a uniform mass.
