For 1 kg of fruit
BIOVEGAN jam sugar 2:1 for classic fruit spreads made from 2 parts fruit and 1 part sugar. For fruit spreads or jellies with a long shelf life. Particularly fine raw cane sugar ensures optimal solubility and a balanced taste.
Ingredients:Raw cane sugar*, gelling agent: pectins.

Preparation instructions:
1 package per 1000 g of fruit. Preparation with fruit: dry the washed fruit, cut into pieces, remove the cores/stones if necessary, add the contents of the sachet of gelling sugar, citric acid (5 g) or lemon juice, mix well and bring to the boil while stirring constantly. Cook for at least 3 minutes. Test the quality of the gelling. If it is not sufficiently gelled, cook for a few more minutes. Repeat the gelling quality. Fill the spread into clean jars and seal tightly. Preparing jelly from juice: use 700 ml of juice and 500 g of gelling sugar. The other steps are the same.
