Baking instructions:

Brownies:

• 100 ml soy drink
• 50 g soft margarine

Cookies:

• 50 g soft margarine

Preheat the oven to 180 °C top/bottom heat and grease a tin (20 or 25 cm) well. You can also flour them if you wish.

Put the brownie baking mix with the soy drink and margarine in a bowl and mix everything with a hand mixer with a whisk on medium speed until a smooth mass is formed (about 1 minute). Then you can put the mixture in a greased container and smooth it out a bit.

The cookie mix and soft margarine are also processed in a bowl with a hand mixer and dough hooks at the lowest speed until a smooth dough is formed. The resulting cookie dough can then be shaped into cookies with your hands and placed on the cookie dough in a boxed mold.

Now bake the brookies on the middle shelf for about 22 - 25 minutes and then let them cool in the mold. When they are cold, you can carefully remove them from the mold and cut them into pieces.
