Your vegan Caesar dressing in organic quality is a deliciously creamy injection for the salad classic par excellence and ensures various pleasures in your everyday life. Thanks to cashew flour, yeast flakes and garlic, the dressing is not only particularly creamy, but also acquires the typical "cheese" taste. Just add a little water and vegan mayonnaise and the dressing is ready.

Conjure up a delicious dressing for your favorite salad in no time - or how about a spicy Caesar dip with potato wedges, vegetable sticks or wraps?

Ingredients: Yeast flakes*, onion*, salt, raw cane sugar*, cashew flour*, corn starch*, 5.3% garlic*, lemon juice powder*, mustard*, parsley*, black pepper*. (May contain traces of soy, celery, sesame and lupin.)

Use:

• 5-6 tablespoons of water
• 3 tablespoons (60g) of vegan mayonnaise

And it's that simple:

1. Put the ingredients in a bowl with the dressing mixture and mix thoroughly until smooth.
