Rye liquid sourdough

Aged in barrels in the traditional way. With the typical sour taste of sourdough and naturally modified, BIOVEGAN liquid rye sourdough in Bioland quality with added yeast is immediately ready for baking.
Contents: 150 g (per 1 kg of flour)
Ingredients:Water, ground rye products*, starter cultures, brandy vinegar*, acidifier: lactic acid.

Preparation for rye sourdough bread (for 2 loaves)
500 g wheat flour
500 g rye flour
2 sachets of BIOVEGAN baker's yeast
750 ml lukewarm water
2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon sugar
a little fat for the baking dish
Half the flour mix with yeast, salt and sugar. Add 750 ml of water and knead into a smooth dough. Add the contents of the bag and mix well. Gradually add the remaining flour and mix well. Cover and let the dough rise in a warm place for 60 minutes. Then knead vigorously, divide the dough in half and let it rise covered in 2 greased tins for another 30 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 200 °C for air circulation or 210 °C for top/bottom heating. Then bake the loaves with a bowl of water for about 60 minutes. After baking, turn both loaves out and let them cool completely on a wire rack.
