Spelt flour type 1050
Selected organic spelt is carefully and gently ground for this flour. Spelt is an ancient grain that was already cultivated by the Celts and Egyptians. With its delicate nutty flavor, it is suitable for making bread, pasta, cakes and cookies.
The higher the type number of the flour, the more whole grain it contains. Bread and rolls taste best with type 1050.
