Liquid spelt sourdough
Nutty delicious! Keeps bread fresh longer!
For juicy spelt sourdough bread that will please the family. Suitable for both savory and sweet spreads.
Ingredients:Water, flour products (spelt) *, starter cultures, brandy vinegar*, salt.

Preparation of spelt bread (for 2 loaves)
700 g spelt flour type 630
300 g whole grain spelt flour
2 sachets of master baker's yeast BIOVEGAN
700 ml lukewarm water
2 teaspoons salt
a little fat for the baking dish
Mix the flour, yeast and salt well. Add 700 ml of water and make a smooth dough. Add the contents of the bag and knead with the dough hook for 5 minutes on the lowest setting, then 2 minutes on the medium setting. Cover and let the dough rise in a warm place for 45 minutes. Then knead thoroughly, divide in half and let rise covered in 2 greased tins for 15 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 200°C to circulate the air, then bake two loaves of bread in a bowl of water for about 50 minutes. After baking, turn both loaves out and let them cool completely on a wire rack.
