Azzurro Gorgonzola is a DOP (Denominazione Origine Protetta) cheese – a cheese with a protected designation of origin. All DOP (Denominazione Origine Protetta) products can only be produced in a certain region and their ingredients must always be local.

Gorgonzola Azzuro not only stands out on the plate, but is also ideal as a complement to wine and olives. In addition, it perfectly complements pasta, vegetable dishes, and is also suitable as a component of sauces.
