Sheep's milk with a longer shelf life
Our organic sheep's milk comes from sheep raised in the most suitable way for their species. In summer, the animals are fed grass, clover and fresh herbs. In winter, only hay and cereals. In this way, the sheep produce the best organic milk of the highest quality all year round. The milk is only exposed to a higher temperature for a few seconds. In this way, it is possible to extend the shelf life by several days in a very gentle way, without additives, with full flavor.
