Semolina lasagna
The secret of Byodo's beautiful yellow pasta lies in the slow grinding of the grain, which exposes it to less heat than usual, and retains its great taste and delicate aroma. Mixing it with crystal clear water and slowly drying it creates truly delicate pasta, made according to traditional craftsmanship. It is traditionally baked in the oven with ragout, béchamel sauce and parmesan.
No need to pre-cook it.
