Vietnamese Green Tea
This green tea conjures up a light, amber-colored hot drink in your cup. Chinese green tea that is processed in a wok. This production method is based on the original method of processing tea. In the beginning of tea production, a traditional household appliance called a wok was used to sterilize and dry tea. Today, Gunpowder is mechanically stirred in heated woks for 6-8 hours, which gives it its spherical shape and its slightly smoky aroma.
Preparation: Pour 7-10 g of tea with 85°C water, let steep for 3-5 minutes
