Sencha Green Tea
Sencha is a very bright green tea in the Japanese style. There are many ways to prepare green tea in Asia. In China, a common method is to put a few tea leaves in a glass with a screw cap and pour boiling water over them at regular intervals throughout the day. While in Japan, teas are poured with boiling water for 45-60 seconds and then drained.
Preparation: Pour 7 - 10 g of tea with 75°C water, let it steep for 3 - 5 minutes or let it stand for 45 - 60 seconds. Feel free to try other different variations.
