We make syrup from Czech-grown lavender, which we use to flavor apple cider. Don't expect any artificially scented aromas from cheap drugstores. AMITY lavender cider is sweeter, but lavender is more resinous in its notes, and after a sweet apple start, it can also have a slightly earthy scrub on the palate and tongue. It is definitely not a purely feminine affair.
