Semi-dry AMITY apple cider with a pronounced acidity and a slightly bitter aftertaste. Although it is made by Czech hands, it can be called an English classic. We deliberately selected varieties with more pronounced acidity from local orchards. We quickly removed this gem from the lees so that it would not have undesirable cellar notes. The cider fermented for a long time and rested for even longer. We recommend enjoying it in slow sips.
