This loose, clear vegetable stock differs from conventional products not only in that all ingredients except salt come from controlled organic farming, but also in that it contains sea salt instead of regular table salt, is flavored with yeast extract and does not contain flavor enhancers, lactose and gluten. RAPUNZEL is constantly improving the composition of its products, which is why the stock now contains 20% vegetables. It is suitable not only for preparing clear stock, but also as a base for soups, to flavor sauces and vegetable dishes. Can also be used in meat marinades and to season herb rice.
