Zdravý den® organic coconut cream contains 24% fat and is made in the traditional way by pressing finely chopped coconut pulp from fresh organically grown coconuts. It has an intense coconut flavor and aroma and a creamy consistency.
It is suitable for vegetarians and vegans as well as people sensitive to lactose. It does not contain GMOs. It is free of added sugar and free of preservatives and flavor and color enhancers.

Ingredients: coconut pulp extract (70%) from organic farming, drinking water (30%). Pasteurized.

Use: suitable for Asian dishes, curries, soups, desserts, puddings, cocktails, smoothies and as a substitute for classic milk and cream in dishes where milk and cream are required.

Nutritional information per 100g:energy value 1017kJ/243kcal, fat 24g of which saturated fatty acids 22g, carbohydrates 5.1g of which sugars 2.1g, protein 1.7g, salt 0.1g.

Store in a dry place, out of direct sunlight. After opening, store in the refrigerator and consume within 3 days. During storage, solid and liquid components may separate. In this case, simply stir the contents after opening or heat briefly in a lukewarm water bath.
