Letters are a very popular shape of pasta for soup, especially among young children. And what if they are multi-colored! These letters are colored only with dried organic vegetables.

The Alce Nero Association, the Italian manufacturer of RAPUNZEL pasta, grows all the spelt and most of the durum wheat for the production of its pasta. The rest of the wheat is purchased from organic farmers from the regions of Umbria, Puglia and Tuscany, and the pasta is therefore of pure Italian origin. The only other ingredient in the basic pasta line is spring water from the forests of the Cesane plateau. Production is carried out in the traditional way, i.e. by slow drying for more than 8 hours at low temperatures of up to 65 °C. Therefore, this pasta has a natural characteristic taste and an ideal structure when cooked al dente. We can truly recommend RAPUNZEL Italian pasta to true lovers of this dish.
