Preparation and use: #Str10Houmus: Place 300g of cooked Cypressa chickpeas in a food processor and blend with 115g of Cypressa tahini until a smooth paste is formed. Add Cypressa olive oil, Cypressa lemon juice and garlic to taste. Garnish with paprika, chili powder or parsley before serving.#Str10 Tahinosalata: Empty half a container (150g) of Cypressa tahini into a food processor, add 70g of Cypressa lemon juice and 30g of Cypressa olive oil and blend until smooth, adding water to desired consistency.
