Oatmeal in a mug
A mug of vegan oatmeal is rich in minerals and fiber and combines delicious oatmeal and the caramel sweetness of dates with aromatic almonds and delicate vanilla.
Ingredients:oatmeal* 80%, chopped almonds* 9.2%, tiger nut flour*, date granulate* 3.3% (date juice from concentrate* 60%, rice flour*), vanilla* 0.2%, sea salt
*from controlled organic production
May contain traces of nuts, sesame, soy, mustard, lupin and milk.
Preparation:Pour 200 ml of hot milk/herbal drink and mix. Let stand for 5 minutes and enjoy warm.
