Gluten-free. Soy flour is a source of valuable protein. Soy flour does not contain gluten, so in baking recipes it should only be used as a supplementary flour to flour containing gluten (wheat, semolina, etc.). Soy is high in vitamins B1, B3, lecithin, calcium, magnesium and is a source of valuable protein. By adding 3-5% of soy flour to baking, we can replace eggs and extend its shelf life. The flour can be used to prepare vegetarian dishes, thicken sauces, or replace up to 1/3 of the classic flour when preparing pancakes.Nutritional values
