We produce Green Apotheke spreads for you according to our own original recipes, in small batches and with a large proportion of handwork. Their basis is vegetables, seeds and spices, without the use of additives or preservatives.
Spread with oyster mushrooms and porcini mushrooms, delicately flavored with gourmet yeast.
Classification:
Gluten-free pasteurized vegetable spread.


Ingredients:
sunflower seeds, onions, oyster mushrooms (10%), sunflower oil, water, lemon juice, salt, concentrated apple juice, porcini mushrooms (3.3%), apple cider vinegar, gourmet yeast (1.4%), garlic, pepper, allspice, flavoring, thyme.
Usage:
Spread directly on bread, or add plant-based yogurt or cream to create a dip or dressing.
Storage:
Store at a temperature of up to 25°C, out of direct sunlight. After opening, keep refrigerated (5° to 8°C) and consume within three days.

Energy value 1237 kJ/ 298 kcal, fat 23.7 g (of which saturated fatty acids 2.8 g), carbohydrates 12.9 g (of which sugars 6 g), protein 7.1 g, salt 1.07 g.
