Vegetable meatball with broccoli

Ingredients: 60% Broccoli*, wheat breadcrumbs* (wheat flour*, salt, yeast, turmeric*), sunflower oil*, potato flakes*, wheat starch*, wheat flour*, buckwheat flour*, flax flour*, sea salt, ground soy protein*, dried lemon
* from controlled organic farming

Preparation:
in a frying pan:
Fry the meatballs in a small amount of oil for 4-5 minutes at medium temperature on both sides.
in the oven:
Bake the meatballs in a preheated oven at 180-200 °C for about 8 minutes, turning them once.

Storage and use instructions: Store in the refrigerator at +2 - +8 °C
