Parmigiano Reggiano

The traditional Italian cheese with a protected designation of origin (DOP) is considered the king of cheeses and is one of the most famous Italian products in general. It is made from fresh milk from free-range cows.

Its taste is slightly pungent with a distinctive aroma. It has versatile uses, suitable for soups, sauces, pasta, pizza, wrapping, baking or as a delicacy with wine.
