Vegetable meatball with pumpkin

Ingredients: pumpkin* (38%), wheat breadcrumbs* (wheat flour*, salt, yeast, turmeric*), sunflower oil*, carrots* (7%), onion* (6%), oatmeal*, tapioca starch*, flax flour*, buckwheat flour*, pumpkin seeds* (2%), peas* (1%), paprika* (1%), sea salt, fermented spirit vinegar*, herbs* (parsley*, thyme*), garlic*

Preparation:
in a frying pan:
Fry the meatballs in a small amount of oil for 4 - 5 minutes at medium temperature on both sides.
in the oven:
Bake the meatballs in a preheated oven at 180 - 200 °C for about 8 minutes and turn them once.
