Ingredients: Dried shiitake mushroom. Nutritional information per 100g: Energy 1099 kJ / 264 kcal / Fat 2.2g - Saturated fat 0.8g / Carbohydrates 23g - Sugar <0.5g / Protein 18g / Salt 0.03g. Preparation: Rinse the mushrooms first and then soak them in cold water for at least 60 minutes. Then cut off the stems to make them firmer and place the caps in a saucepan with water so that they are submerged. For 10 mushrooms, add 4 tablespoons of sugar and 3 tablespoons of cooking soy sauce (preferably Sempío). Cook over low heat until most of the liquid has evaporated and a thick sugary solution has formed in the saucepan with the mushrooms. Add 1 tablespoon of rice wine (or 1 tablespoon of cooking soy sauce) and coat the mushrooms in the now diluted solution.
