BIO dulse Healthy Day® flakes are seaweed (Palmaria palmata) that grows in the clean environment of the cold waters of the French coast on the rocks in the area between high and low tide. It has fan-shaped leaves of dark red color. It is harvested by hand as soon as the leaves grow 20-40cm long.

It is a rich source of iodine, which contributes to the normal production of thyroid hormones, normal thyroid function, normal nervous function and normal energy metabolism. It is used for cooking, in soups, sauces, to flavor salads, smoothies and other dishes. It can also be used as a spice or salt substitute. Suitable for vegetarians and vegans.
