Product detailed description
ENERGY DRINK
Superoctane fuel with high energy content, additive of important minerals (Na, K) in alkalizing citrate forms (pH stabilization), designed for active and professional athletes. The product is suitable both for the supply of energy, important ions and full hydration during exercise, and for the so-called
carbohydrate supercompensation before performance.
What is an Energy drink?

Optimized form of independently tested and proven carbohydrates with unique properties, formulated for elite and active athletes
Optimized ratio 2:1 = the basis is sp ecial form of maltodextrin containing pure glucopolymers of standardized chain length and fructose in an optimized ratio of 2:1, more information here Up to 50% more energy = ratio 2:1 is independently scientifically tested (Germany, Great Britain) and compared to standard energy drinks, where manufacturers recommend a maximum consumption of 60g of carbohydrates in a one-hour time period, Energy Drink allows the consumption of up to 90g of carbohydrates, which is 50% more energy!
Brief test result = up to 25% longer distance traveled at the same power, 15% increase in power and dynamics, 5 min and 45 seconds faster time in the 40 mile test, more information here Important minerals are u in citrate forms (pH stabilization)

Product focus
-
A source of effective energy during physical performance - a source of immediately usable energy and electrolytes.
-
Carbohydrate supercompensation, increasing the body's energy reserves before exercise - a source of easily usable energy, one dose corresponds to two full portions of cooked pasta.
-
It is not necessary to overeat, follow a classic diet, Energy Drink will provide you with the necessary and effective muscle energy in the form of glycogen.
< strong>Optimized ratio 2:1 (glucose polymers: fructose) = the best for physically active individuals
Excellent digestibility and usability is achieved by the optimized ratio of individual components so that as it is natural for a physically stressed organism E. The ratio of glucose polymers (maltodextrin) and fructose is optimized to 2:1, which corresponds not only to the latest scientific findings, but also to the natural system of transporting simple sugars through the wall of the small intestine and breaking them down during exercise.
For the absorption of sugars in the small intestine, there are two basic separate transport systems, for glucose it is the GLU2 transport system, which can absorb up to 60 g of glucose per hour, for fructose (fruit sugar) it is the GLU5 transport system, which can absorb up to 30 g of fructose per hour. Glucose and fructose are therefore the two basic natural sources of energy for a physically active organism. It is for this reason that the ratio of the two main components is optimized to 2:1 = 60 g of glucose : 30 g of fructose. Energy Drink thus enables the consumption of up to 90 g of carbohydrates in one hour.
In the case of dosing Energy Drink 2-3 days before performance (carbohydrate supercompensation), the contained glucose serves to restore muscle reserves glycogen and fructose to restore reserve glycogen in the liver (up to 1/3 of reserves). The liver serves as a reserve store of energy/glycogen for individual muscles. In the case of Energy Drink dosing during exercise, both glucose and fructose serve as an external source of energy directly for the working muscles. Energy is released through so-called glycolysis, when glucose is broken down through fructose (or fructose directly) to pyruvate to produce cellular energy ATP. - marketing products available on the market up to 50% more energy. The reason is the fact that these common products usually contain only glucose and its polymers as a basis, which allows for the absorption of only 60 g per hour and thus overwhelms the organism. Alternatively, they contain sucrose as the main ingredient, which contains glucose and fructose in a suboptimal 1:1 ratio, which is not ideal due to the above-mentioned facts of the absorption system.
NOTE: The principles mentioned above apply only for athletes and physically active individuals, for whom glucose and fruit sugar (fructose) are a natural source of energy, without unwanted side effects.
Citrate forms of minerals = pH+< /strong>
Energy Drink contains sodium and potassium bound by a chelate bond in the form of citrate. In addition to being a suitable transporter of both minerals, the citrate form also contributes to pH stabilization. It is known that overacidification of the organism caused by high load (lactic acid) is one of the factors reducing performance and subsequent regeneration.

Packaging: 2.2 kg
Dosage: One dose = 47 g (2 x 23.5 g measuring cup or 1 x disposable bag)
1/ During the performance: Dissolve the dose of 47 g in 500 ml of water, shake. Drink during exercise, approximately 250 ml every 20 minutes (maximally consume 1-2 doses within one hour). In case of high ambient temperature or high fluid losses (excessive sweating), supplement each dose of Energy Drink (500 ml ) by one ZERO Neutral tablet.
2/ Before performance (especially for short-term, dynamic disciplines): Dissolve a dose of 47 g in 500 ml of water, shake. Start drinking approx. 60-90 minutes before the start of the performance. If higher stimulation is needed, the product can be supplemented with Isogel X'treme containing caffeine, dose cc and 10-15 minutes before the start of performance.
2/ Carbohydrate supercompensation before big races: Carbohydrate supercompensation is usually done before big races. This is a nutritional procedure that will increase your body's carbohydrate reserves by up to 30%. We will introduce you to a simple and effective method of carbohydrate compensation without long preparations or radical changes in the diet. Follow this three-step plan to fill your carbohydrate reserves to the max.
FOUR TO FIVE DAYS BEFORE THE RACE: Four to five days before the race, reduce the number of kilometers you run in training, or given aerobic load.
TWO DAYS BEFORE THE RACE: Two days before the race, increase your carbohydrate intake by 10g per kilogram of your weight. For a runner weighing 70 kg, the intake corresponds to 700 g per day. If this is too much for you, try to at least get as close as possible to this dose. Most athletes cannot achieve the required intake, because foods rich in carbohydrates are usually very filling and bulky. To achieve this, slowly drink 500 ml of HIGH5 Energy Drink every two to three hours and snack on two or three EnergyBars. This will provide around 350g of carbs, your normal diet should then provide the rest of the required boost.
RACE DAY: On race day, follow the guidelines in our
nutrition plans. These plans are written to help you run faster, feel strong at the finish line, and finish races with a smile on your face. We work hard to make sure you get the best out of yourself.
Note. when dissolved in water, the characteristic is an isotonic drink (osmolality).
Detailed information for individual sports disciplines can be found in our
nutritional plans.
Warning: May contain traces milk. Store in a dry, cool place, out of the reach of children. Follow the recommended dosage! It is not a substitute for food.
