Which HIGH5 gel to choose – Energy Gel Aqua or EnergyGel?

There is no wrong or right answer - both Energy Gel Aqua and EnergyGel perform the same function. It just depends on personal preference. Energy Gel Aqua has a lighter consistency - somewhere between a gel and an energy drink. Energy Gel is slightly thicker, but at the same time it is smaller in volume, and therefore it is better transferred in larger quantities.
