VitalBalance contains sage, green tea and maca extracts as well as vitamin B12, vitamin D3, vitamin B6, copper, chromium and zinc. Zinc contributes to normal metabolism of macronutrients, carbohydrates and fatty acids, as well as normal protein synthesis, while vitamin B6 and vitamin B12 contribute to normal energy-yielding metabolism. VitalBalance brings the body and its metabolism into balance in a natural way.

Take 1 capsule twice a day with sufficient liquid.
