Freeze-dried blackberries have a high iodine content, which contributes to normal energy metabolism, normal functioning of the nervous system and maintenance of skin condition. It affects the production of thyroid hormones and its normal functioning. Blackberries also contain plenty of manganese, chromium, vitamins E and C, and are also high in fiber.
Freeze-drying (vacuum freezing) or lyophilization is the most gentle way to process fruit. Freeze-dried fruit retains up to 90% of the ingredients, vitamins, appearance, taste and aroma of fresh fruit.

Vitamin C contributes to the natural formation of collagen. Collagen is important for the normal function of blood vessels, bones, cartilage, gums, skin and teeth. It also contributes to normal mental activity and immune system function during and after intense physical exercise. Increases iron absorption.
Blackberries also contain plenty of vitamin E, which contributes to protecting cells from oxidative stress.
