Impress your guests with a delicious "Mole Cake" of your own making. This mixture will be a breeze. The box contains two packages - the cake base mix and the cream filling mix. The cake base is light, distinctly chocolate, the filling with chocolate chips is scented with banana aroma. You can also physically add the banana to the cake, see the instructions. The preparation is described in detail on the box. We believe that you will enjoy it. The product was awarded the Special Prize of the President of the Food Chamber for the best innovative food product of 2014 in the category "Food suitable for people with gluten intolerance". Instructions for use: To prepare the cake base you need: 4 eggs (size M), 30 ml of water (5 tablespoons) and 40 ml of oil (6 tablespoons). To prepare the filling you need: 3 bananas, 100 ml of water and 500 ml of chilled whipping cream. Preparing the cake: Put the mixture for the base, eggs and water in a high bowl and beat with a hand mixer on the highest setting for 8 minutes. Then add the oil and beat briefly. Place the dough in a greased cake tin (26 cm in diameter) sprinkled with rice flour (if you are not celiac, you can sprinkle the tin with regular flour) and bake. Adjust the temperature and baking time according to your oven (150 – 170 °C, 40 – 50 minutes). After baking, separate the edge of the tin and let the base cool. After cooling, separate the bottom of the tin and place the base on a cake tray. Leave a 1 cm wide outer edge for the base and use a spoon to start hollowing it out from the center so that a layer of approx. 1-2 cm thick remains from the bottom. Crumble the mass hollowed out of the base into a bowl. Preparing the filling: Peel the bananas, cut them lengthwise and place them flat side down on the hollowed-out base. Whip the whipping cream until stiff. Beat the cream mixture in a bowl with water and then add the whipped cream. Spread the whipped cream on the bottom of the base in the shape of a mound, which is then sprinkled with the crumbled mass obtained by hollowing out the base. Then let it set in the refrigerator for about 2 hours and serve.
