Penne with red lentils and lupin flour

This organic pasta is naturally gluten-free and is made from red lentils, sweet lupins, flaxseeds and turmeric. During production, the pasta is not heat-treated, but slowly dried below 42 degrees. The flaxseeds give the pasta a delicate texture. The turmeric gives it a delicate curry flavor.

Ingredients: Red lentils* 70%, sweet lupin* 16%, flaxseed*, turmeric* 4%.

Preparation: Add the pasta to boiling, lightly salted water and cook for 5 minutes. Foaming is normal. Do not exceed the cooking time and rinse the pasta with cold water.

Store in a cool, dry place.
