Psyllium
These are the ground husks of the seeds of the Indian plantain (plantago ovata). It is most commonly found in India, where it has been used in traditional Indian Ayurvedic medicine for more than 2,000 years.
With this psyllium, you can bake delicious and moist gluten-free bread in no time. It consists of more than 85% fiber, which is why it has enormous swelling properties. This will make your pastries extra juicy and tasty. It has a neutral taste and can be used for baking and thickening.
