The active components of chestnut are aescin, aesculin, flavonoid glycosides and tannins. The parts used are the flower, fruit, seeds and young bark. Aescin has a strengthening effect on the venous walls and increases their elasticity, helping to reduce swelling. The gel is suitable for application to soothe the skin in the hemorrhoid area.

Recommended dosage:

gently apply to the target area several times a day. Do not massage the area under any circumstances. Do not apply to mucous membranes and open wounds. To increase the effect, it is advisable to apply a larger amount of the product to the affected area, bandage it and leave it on for a long time (e.g. overnight).
