Ingredients:

mallow flower, strawberry leaf, fennel fruit, marshmallow root, flax seed, plantain leaf, licorice root, black elderflower flower, peppermint leaf

Preparation:

Pour 1/4 liter of boiling water over one level tablespoon, let stand in a covered container for 15 minutes and strain. The infusion is always prepared fresh.

Recommended dosage:

Drink 1 - 2 times a day.
